1. Ordering my commission means the client approved that the character(s) will be draw with my art style.
2. Unlimited revision! So please ask for revision until the artwork fulfilled your desired.
3. Duration needed to finish a commission can be changed because of difficulties of request or previous client commission.
4. By ordering my commission, you will get PNG file(s) of full-colored illustration with background, PNG file(s) of full-colored illustration with clear background, and its PSD file(s).
5. Files will be sent via email. If files size can't fit in email, i will sent a Google Drive link instead where you can download your files.
6. Payment is made after sketch confirmation and it must in full payment.
7. There will be an additional fee for extra character details and non simple background (non simple bg inc: building, furniture, many items). This additional fee can be negotiated and the negotiation will not affect art quality, so feel free to negotiate it.
8. Exclusive for chibi commission only, the base price already including character details, but still excluding non simple background.
9. Commercial price is twice of base price. But, the price for merchandise illustration is calculated differently, please discuss it with me first.
10. Price for additional character in single canvas is 75% of its base price.
11. I prohibit any use of the commissioned artwork (inc. commercial artwork) for blockchain purpose. Blockchain as such NFT and others.
12. I also prohibit any use of the commissioned artwork (inc. commercial artwork) for AI training purpose.
13. No refund! Except if I'm the one who decided to cancel the commission, I'll give 100% refund.
1. Prepare character reference. It'll be good if there's a complete all-angle view of the character. If the character have any detailed accessories or pattern, please include it reference too.
2. Prepare pose reference and facial expression. I can help you with it, but if you already prepared it then it will be very helpful.
3. All of the preparation above should be sent to me no longer than 24 hours after commission order is made. If the client didn't send it in that duration, the order will be canceled.
4. Please pay attention to other commission slot progress before ordering. With that, you can estimate your commission start date and progress duration.
